Some of the tones are not loud enough to wake up my deep sleeper. If your child is a deep sleeper, you might want to choose an alarm that lets you choose the tone more easily. My son learned to tune most tones out right away. We got results for almost 2 weeks and then he started sleeping through the alarms.

We attach the clip to the underwear, but still wear a pull-up over it so that we don't have to change the sheets. We will probably stop soon as we're doing that well with the alarm. It is nice that this alarm has AAA batteries as others have the button cell and tend to be a bit pricier, though that does make this alarm heavier.

After about 5 nights with alarms, my son (7 years) is now 8 nights without any wetting. I am so amazed that this works as before this product my son was wetting (soaking) pull ups (and bedding) each night. He is so proud of himself. He is still wearing the alarm, if he can make 14 days dry he is having a friend sleep over (which was his goal!). I know it is expensive, but buy it you will be pleased!
