Because pieces screw together nicely, there is no dripping of meds. Provider previously used this brand, but changed. I'm spoiled with these.

This is slow to distribute steam/meds, more so than the free ones we got from our doctor, which actually look cheaper. They work, but I wouldn't buy them again.
