I've been using this model since Jan. 2010 and had no difficulty whatsoever. It works opn cue each time, isn't too noisy and neb kit is easy to clean. I would highly recommend this product.

Small size and quiet operation are great. Drawback it has no place to store breathing apparatus. Lacked english instructions. Otherwise a great buy.
