I especially like the mouth piece that rest comfortable over the tongue. With the breath assist feature I fell like I receive more medication with less waste.
I do have a problem hearing a sputter when the treatment is complete.

I use this with the Bubbles the Fish II pediatric mask and love it. It doesn't leak as easily as the bottom loading nebulizers. I won't buy any other nebulizers again.
