I appreciated having my nebulizer time cut in half and being able to breathe twice as fast. The first time I used it I found it a bit disconcerting that an exhale took more effort due to a completely different design, but after a couple of minutes and understanding what the difference was, I didn't even think about it. The design difference is instead of a straight exhale tube, there is an opening on the top of the mouth piece that is covered by a thin flap of rubbery material, it is your exhale that opens the flap so there is a bit of resistance. If you have used a spacer with inhalers, it's the same design they have.

I have to have replacement heads for my nebulizer and a side-stream is hard to find. I cannot inhale on a regular nebulizer but need help with the gentle open-close slower delivery. I will buy from this company over and over. They are easy to search...I am helpless without them.
