Our cat has chronic upper respiratory congestion. She is highly resistant to pilling. Vet suggested nebulizing with medication or just with saline. It's administered while she is in soft crate with a towel drape. Mouthpiece is held level by zippered door of crate.

I am satisfied with this product.It works great and by the 2nd day my toddler was comfortable using it. The only thing is the sound startels my child when you turn it on but after a few seconds to adjust it is fine until the medcine inside the nebulizer is all gone.It has helped my child get over his frequent colds (in pre-school)much sooner than not using it.

The penguin keeps our son interested enough to sit still for at least some of his medicine. He likes it so much that he'll drag the igloo bag out if it's within his reach and unzip it to look at the penguin. It's great when he's not feeling well and otherwise wouldn't want to cooperate.
It's not exactly quiet, but it's not overly loud, either.
I wouldn't change anything about it. It's a little big to be portable when traveling a lot, but it's designed to be entertaining for children, not incredibly portable. It does its job perfectly.
FYI, it comes with extra filters, so you do _not_ need to buy the filter kit that's recommended for it.

very cute.... Works quickly. However, the tubing knocks out of the nebulizer easily... which gets very annoying!

We use our nebulizer primarily when the kids are sick or have an allergy flare. I like the fact that it's relatively quiet and doesn't wake my kids up in the middle of the night. I only wish that the case was a little bigger so that I could fit extra tubing and/or parts into it.

It does the job right...it's sooo much quieter than our first nebulizer. And much more cuter. My kids like to put "Chilly" back in his igloo home...not like our first nebulizer.
