Great for world travel no power conversion worries. The device has been with me all over the world from the Philippine beach to Switzerland mountains. Asthma is a immediate need and this device should be just as convenient as a camera shot or cell call. Tinny screen lasted 3yr with daily use. Omron just needs to take it a step further and really make it convenient with quick access and maybe rubber case like cell phones.

Great to use in church, at the theater and while I am working in my car. I love its total portability. I worry that it is fragile, doesn't always perform the same way and is expensive.

I go on a lot of business trips and from time to time I may find myself in a situation where I need a treatment for my shortness of breath. I have had embarrassing situations where I am in a airport bathroom with a nebulizer plugged into the wall making a lot of noise and having people constantly asking me if I am OK. With this silent and portable unit I am able to finally have some privacy when I need my medication. I can have a little part of my dignity back. It also is the best option if you are traveling to other countries, don't have to worry about power supply and transformers.

I've had severe asthma for 60 years. I've used many different types of atomizers. There is nothing comparable to this product. I've had one for several years and gave one to each of my children. This purchase was for a "backup" for severe asthma. No problems to date.
