I ordered this Monday afternoon and was using it on Friday. Very smooth transaction & was packaged very well. One of the best nebulizer I've ever used...Don't let the small size fool you, it works as good if not better then any full size I've used. It's worth it's weight in Gold!! It's very easy to use and quite. This will now be my full time nebulizer. I will use the UL adapter for home use and the car adapter or battery when away from home. I did read on a few reviews that someone said the motor seems to bog down when used on the battery, I did not have this problem. It worked and sounded the same on battery or UL.
I think from now on I'll stick with Pari for all my nebulizer needs. I also love the LC Sprint nebulizer,I like the smaller compact size. I feel I get more of my meds into my lungs. I also got the LC Star and like it for the same reasons...To me the Pari nebulizer (cups) seem to work so much better then all the others...
If your thinking about this one I would say "try it" I think you will love it.

I've used Bird machines, IPPB machines, and just about every other way to benefit from inhalation therapy. The Pari-Trek S is equal to, or better than other much more expensive equipment.Excellent value and performance

Wow 5 stars from me. I purchased the combo pack and have never been so happy about a product as I am this. I am no longer confined to having to rely on an electric outlet. The rechargeable battery is good for at least 4-5 , ten minuet treatment sessions before having to recharge it. Recharge takes less than 2 hours. Now I can spend a day outdoors without worry. The Trek S is also quiet enough to have a treatment while sitting in Church and not disturbing anyone. Children sitting near me did not turn to see where the noise was coming from. Thats how I judged the quietness. It's light weight and small. The only thing I'm wondering about now is the units lifespan. I am living on a fixed income and coming up with [$] was not easy.[$] just for the battery is a bit much to but if the unit lasts for along time then the cost will be worth it. Very Very pleased so far. Doug

I had a pumo-aide that was large and heavy and I loved this nebulizer when I got it. It was easy to carry around the house and set up at different locations, and I ordered the car charger so I could use it while travelng. It was also very efficient at delivering medication. I had decided to buy the battery pack, but it suddenly broke after 9 months.
I do have many weeks where I use it several times a day -- not sure how durable the compressor is. I would recommend this for occaisonal use or travel.

Overall, it's a good little machine. A wee bit on the loud side. Battery is VERY expensive and lasts less than 30 minutes between charges.

So far, so good. It works well, and is fairly quiet. We can actually watch TV while using the nebulizer w/out having to crank the TV volume up to '11'.

The only drawback is you really can't read the nebulizer to gauge how much medicine is left. You have to rely on listening to the nebulizer to tell when its empty.

This goes with me every where - mainly on our long trips. I can use it in the car while we on the road. It is so smooth. I like it better the one that I have plugged into the house. The charge on the battery last a very long time. I really like this product. I don't need any water for this Nebulizer - I just put my medicine in and I am ready to go.

This nebulizer makes it easy for my daughter to take her meds wherever she goes. It is light, quiet, and easy to use. She has used it with the car adapter, plugged into the wall, and on battery.

A few things cons:
- needs a longer battery life
- battery replacement is extremely expensive
- the connection between the unit and the AC adapter is a little loose, so when the unit vibrates the plug is not connected and starts running from battery.

Bought this for travel to Ireland. Used it in the car, as well as in the bungalow (which had US style 110v outlets). Very glad we bought it, now it stays in the car all the time. No regrets.

my old nebulizer was big, bulky and LOUD. If I needed it in the middle of the night I would have to drag it to another room so I wouldnt wake up my wife. With the PARI TREK S I can use it in bed, anytime. It's perfect. I didn't order mine with the rechargeable battery due to the cost, but other than that I can use it anywhere I can plug in or in the car with the car adapter. Perfect....

Bought this product (without battery)for a trip to Europe and used it every day for 3 months. It was easy to keep with me because it fits in my handbag and runs quieter than the larger models which was nice for use in hotels and public places.

The web site was great and easy to use and the product arrivel when they said it would. This product is small but puts out alot of power my wife likes it better than her home nebulizer.

I use the product four time a day with duonebs. Other sysyems have required 30 minutes, or more to dispense the medications separately, and 25-30 minutes for the duonebs. The Pari Trek S, with the "Sport" nebulizer requires 15 minutes, or less.
With cleaning and sanitizing the nebulizer, this is a great saving of time. However, I have gone through three compressors in 4 years.

The yellow battery packs that come with this last about five minutes. The car adapter battery charger may have worked, but these batteries (we bought 2) didn't last a month each. We have been just plugging the unit in the wall for about 9 mnths without the useless packs and now the machine turns on and off and has to be slapped and set down carefully to make it work at all.

My son has asthma and we were worried about him needing a breathing treatment while in a car or airplane. This was perfect. It does take longer than our home compressor to have a treatment but we ended up needing to use it twice while on vacation and it was great.

This is a wonderful unit. It is small, compact, and reliable. The first unit lasted 7 years of daily use. I used other brands prior to buying the
Peri and they were not as versatile for home use and trips. Great product.

we mostly use it with a saline/baking soda solution to break up mucus and change the pH of the lungs- works great, I love it with the 'bubbles" fish mask, you can put it on a sleeping kid without much fuss

I like the compack size and the portibility of the
product. however the compressor slows down when you plug up the nebulizer. It sounds as though it is in a strain.

I used this for my daughter since she was one. Though it took a bit for her to get used to having the mask over her face, it was easy to use, and allowed me to go anywhere with her- although I did get a few strange looks from some. We could still go to the zoo, out for a drive, and didn't need to worry about getting her home in time for her to use it. Highly recommended!

My doctor told me that the medicine I'm taking in my nebulizer was actually developed and approved by PARI systems. I'm glad I found this out. This is what helps make the medicine work. The treatment on took 5 minutes until the cup sputtered and I was done. One thing to understand-it will be diffciult to empty the cup entirely of medication. My doctor told me to stop when it sputters.

Allow additional time for taking medicine. Since it is a very effective system that doesn't waste medicine, it takes longer.

Bought this for a family trip to Europe. Worked extremely well both via the auto adapter and via AC (with a plug adapter purchased separately). Very quiet. Because of its cost, we're saving it for travel use only. Its small size does mean that it tends to 'walk' on smooth surfaces and thus can fall off of tables.
