Very easy to use and like the battery operation, gives me security, no longer worry about loosing power when we have storms. I need to do treatments every 3 hours so I always worried about power failures.

This is a well designed convenient to use nebulizer pump that does the job as advertised. It is relatively quiet, esp. in comparison to many other even larger devices of this type.
It would be nice if it were even quieter. (wish).
This manufacturer has a lot of very high quality efficient devices.

I use this nebulizer at home most of the time and I do take it with me when we travel. It is small but works just like a regular size , but I really like that I can plug it into my car.
The one thing I think that is bad about it is only that the tubing gets in the way a bit. You must roll the tubing up to put it back in the tote.

This is exactly what I was looking for. A compressor style nebulizer that we can use for Pulmicort, and small so we can travel with it. It is much quieter that our Inspriation Elite. We haven't used the car adaptor yet. The only drawback is the Tucker the Turtle mask (purchased separately) is not compatible with the nebulizer sets that come with this kit, and the mask instructions state only compatible with the Sidestream neb. Easily solved with the purchase of a reusable sidestream nebulizer set.

I love that I can take the unit anywhere. I however do not like that the rechargeable battery is only good for one year and then you have to replace it if you want to keep that freedom. I pay $50 a battery threw the medical service I use for my equipment. I think that the battery should last a lot longer and hold a better charge.

I got this little ubit and love it it can go any where with you My wife and I have a motor home and go on trips to the Mountians of Colorado alot. Great for the price and you wil love it I do recommend buying the Battary it is extra but well worth the cost.

I had a much older model and am happy to see that the size has become much smaller. While the unit is quieter than the older one, it is still a little noisey.

We have a rather large and noisy nebulizer at home for our five year old and do not like to travel with it. This works great! It does take a few minutes longer to do a treatment do to the smaller compressor but other than that, it works wonders!

The Respironics MiniElite is a small piston driven compressor that has the added value of including two Sidestream Nebulizer Kits (enough for a whole year's worth of treatments!). This high efficiency, breath-enhanced reusable nebulizer is ideal for those with light breathing. While the MiniElite is small enough to fit in almost any sized bag, this bundle includes a carrying case to keep all the components together. The basic package provides some portability with the car adapter and small, packable size, but I would recommend the optional rechargeable battery to allow you to take a treatment anywhere.

One bonus feature is an instructional DVD, so you can be sure you're using it properly. Overall, I think the MiniElite is a great nebulizer system for someone who wants an economical tabletop, but also portable nebulizer machine.

I love the Mini Elite, but the first machine I received quit about 5 minutes into my first neb. The company shipped a replacement that works just fine, I was only inconvenienced by about a week.
