I went to see Dr. Avis, who appeared on the Dr. Oz show. He recommended that I use the Mabis steam inhaler for 5 min. in the morning and evening as my vocal cords were being affected by my acid refux. He said that all the singers use them. Not only has it helped with my voice, but with my sinuses and lungs. It's a great product!
