Pros:
Easy to assemble, Easy to transport, Smooth
Cons:
Needs one more position
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Unknown Free Spirit Knee & Leg Walker:

Product is overall excellent. For a short person (adult) height approx 5'4", there needs to be one more adjustment position to lower the knee support.

Comments about Unknown Free Spirit Knee & Leg Walker:

Free Spirit is clearly high quality and very well made. It moves and tracks smoothly with quiet stability. It's less tiring than other non-steering models but if you have to fold it for small spaces for travel, use something else. A needed design change is to offset the cushion on its bracket, so it can be changed for a left or right injury. Most walkers move wheels AWAY from the good leg. With Free Spirit's wide front axle and centered rear wheels, it is too easy to run into your own good foot when maneuvering. While the front steering is well made, the wide turning radius hurts maneuverability. Free Spirit is difficult to take with you because the front handle post folds backwards and hits the cushion. Another improvement could be in the way the seat and handle height is adjusted. They are held in position by basically NUTS and BOLTS, although the BOLTS are really plastic knobs. They would be easier to change, OR REMOVE FOR TRAVEL, if they were held in place by some sort of spring loaded catches. All in all, it is a solid value but it would be outstanding with some design improvements.
